Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your books! If you need to return an item, please note our policy:

Return Window: You have 48 hours from delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, you must provide an unboxing video of the item. Books should be in their original, resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact our customer support team at support@bookstohome.in or call us at 8287288584 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Our team will guide you through the verification process and share the return address once approved.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
